Production Process

We have fully automatic state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. It is our goal to offer perfect products to our customers. That's why it is necessary to utilize correspondingly modern technologies for production. This standard of production is yielded by well - trained and highly motivated employees in combination with the most modern and eco-friendly machinery. To ensure continuously high quality for our customers, our company pursues the philosophy of a high vertical integration in production. Fully precise filling processes are used to package the final product in safe containers and multilayer paper bags as per the national and international regulations. Quality check is ensured for every batch of final product.
As a manufacturer, we certainly want to be able to increase productivity, reduce costs, and maximize profits. Those goals can be achieved if we are able to increase efficiency at our manufacturing plant.
We evaluate plant efficiency at all stages of production to get optimum performance of plant and machinery.
Likewise plant efficiency we invest in our employee trainings to adopt best practices. Employee training is an ongoing process. We at Ambrosia gives our employee certain types of training which are mandatory in manufacturing industry, such as daily safety training for all personnel using safety equipment, Technical trainings, Good manufacturing practices trainings.
We also train our employees on new equipment and technology to get the most value out of them. Employee training is also an excellent retention tactic, because every employee wants to have the opportunity to develop their abilities. We believe that manufacturing business process will run more smoothly if everyone can understand the company’s policies and the right way to communicate with each other.

Product Safety

Besides high emphasis on Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Ambrosia Gum has developed Critical Control Points (CCP) on the manufacturing plant, these indicator organisms can offer assistance for establishing, monitoring and verification of critical control points in HACCP operations. Indicators can best be used within a HACCP system to control processes that have the greatest influence on the level of microorganisms rather than on determining whether to accept or reject a given lot of product. It is very robust manufacturing processes to detect contamination at the source. Strong magnets and control sifters are installed in the process line to control metal and foreign contamination. Finished product bags are passed through a metal detector for ensure complete customers and consumers satisfaction.
