After successfully running the Guar Gum trading business, Ambrosia (Pvt) Limited (the “Company”) envisages to establish a high-tech plant for the purpose of processing guar seeds. The plant will process guar seeds into guar splits, guar gum powder and meal. The Company was established on September 26, 2019.

Management Profile

Mr. Faisal Shahid is an energetic businessman who has been running a construction firm SOUTH and SEA since 2005 which deals in the field of Civil Construction, Electro-Mechanical, & Maintenance activities, Fabrication-Installation for piping and tank works, Specialized in insulation & cladding works, Sand blasting painting works and landscaping.
With the aim of leaving the marks of success in construction industry, he started the construction work from small projects and gradually became a reputable contractor in construction market.
Considering untapped potential in the agriculture sector, Mr. Faisal has now shifted his attention towards the sector and wishes to enter into the market through establishing a guar seed processing plant.

Mr. Mohammad Ismail has significant experience in the guar gum sector. Post graduation, he, along with his brother, started a guar gum business in Dubai called Jas Xtreme Guar Gum, in collaboration with National Gum Industries, Karachi. Since then, along with his family, he is engaged with various guar gum projects in Pakistan.
